Fairly clean and ideal hotel with particularly good location to the airports. A decent size and well-appointed rooms with 3 single beds and safe and excellent showers, perfectly pleasant stay!

Nothing to complain about, the venue suited our needs, recommend it. Location: the hotel was close to Tokyo Station on sunny days, and the " real " Ginza.

Exceptional Service and Convenient Location

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received at Courtyard. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The rooms were recently remodeled and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of Eastern and Western options, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location, just a short walk from two subway stations, made exploring Tokyo easy. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Well priced, big size hotel with a nice restaurant and always pleasant staff. A lot of options for well priced and rich breakfast. Great and peaceful location for our visit to a sprawling wholesale fish market not too far from the property. Such wonderful stay, as always.

We got great value for our money with a decent-sized room and a comfortable bed. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore popular attractions and enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, spoke English, and even arranged airport transportation for us.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and fresher chicken options.

We stayed in this hotel as a previous stay for going abroad. Limousine buses going to Narita airport ( some of going to Haneda aiport as well ) departed from just in front of the hotel, it was very convenient. And this hotel provided us for a great location which took about five minutes to the center of Ginza on foot.

Was a decent place for trip. Everything was nice at this low cost hotel. There were SUPER breakfasts with Continental spread and also cooked to order eggs and the location was strategic. The staff was professional and very efficient and catered to my every need.

The hotel is located in a convenient area of the city, a few blocks away from Ginza's bustling streets. It's close to Higashi-Ginza station, with access to trains to both of the city's airports for a low fee. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and come with modern amenities including free and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast offers variety, including an egg station and pho soup.

The hotel might sometimes assign guests smoking rooms by mistake.

This hotel had the best location being close to shops, restaurants, and subway stations. The staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were polite. Besides, the hotel’s location was great, with lots of shops and attractions around. Plus, they offer a shuttle service to the train station which was advantageous.

The room was a bit too cramped for a family of four, and there was barely enough room for the luggage we brought. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and made it challenging to use the internet.
